Le GS-911 ne reçoit aucune réponse du ou des calculateurs. Cela peut être dû à plusieurs raisons.

1. Vous vous connectez à la mauvaise prise(top-box), surtout sur les modèles RT et GT/L.
2. That you are choosing the wrong model and is thus talking the wrong protocol (CAN vs KLINE).
3. L'ECU est non alimenté ou pas en état / capable de répondre.
   • Le système d'immobilisation/alarme est toujours activé
   • le commutateur d'arrêt n'est pas en position RUN
   • Allumage NON allumé
   • Neutre NON sélectionné.
4. You are using an extension or adaptor cable with faulty wiring or bent pins.
5. La connexion de diagnostic entre le connecteur et le contrôleur du moteur est coupée (très peu probable, mais possible) ou court-circuitée.

The best way to check diagnostic connectivity would be to have the bike in Neutral, and start it... while it's idling connect GS-911 and connect to the Engine controller - If you can connect, then you've had one of the issues in (3) above... if you can't then you might have a (4/5) wiring problem.

If you suspect a wiring problem, also perform the Diagnostic Interface Test to check the connector pins for shorts/open circuits.
