El GS-911 no está recibiendo ninguna respuesta de la ECU (s). Esto puede ser debido a varias razones.

1. Que se está conectando a la clavija incorrecta (caja superior), especialmente en los modelos RT y GT/L.
2. That you are choosing the wrong model and is thus talking the wrong protocol (CAN vs KLINE).
3. La ECU es sin alimentación o no en condiciones / capaz de responder.
   • Inmovilizador/Alarma activada
   • interruptor de parada NO en la posición RUN
   • Encendido NO ON
   • Neutro NO seleccionado.
4. You are using an extension or adaptor cable with faulty wiring or bent pins.
5. La conexión de diagnóstico entre el conector y el controlador del motor está cortada (muy poco probable, pero posible) o cortocircuitada.

The best way to check diagnostic connectivity would be to have the bike in Neutral, and start it... while it's idling connect GS-911 and connect to the Engine controller - If you can connect, then you've had one of the issues in (3) above... if you can't then you might have a (4/5) wiring problem.

If you suspect a wiring problem, also perform the Diagnostic Interface Test to check the connector pins for shorts/open circuits.
