The availability of specific screens and logos does have a dependency on your bike’s OEM firmware level, as these features were introduced after the release of the TFT screens for BMW motorcycles. From what we’ve found, bikes with stock OEM firmware manufactured/bought prior to 2020, do not have all the available files required for some of these coding options.

If you’re experiencing any unexpected behaviour (e.g unable to select the M-Logo as a boot animation), perform an Autoscan to see if your current OEM firmware (I-level) is newer than 2020. 

If not, updating your firmware at a dealership may extend supported functionality on TFT coding, but this is unfortunately not guaranteed as certain functionality could still be regionally/model limited.
